The Dun Cow reminds us of the legend about the milk maid looking for her lost dun cow and inadvertently pointing monks to the final resting place for St. Cuthbert – now the site of Durham Cathedral. We wanted to create a delicious single origin coffee that can handle plenty of milk and lends itself to all brewing methods. Our Dun Cow is a bold Indian coffee with hints of dark chocolate and cereal. It makes a wonderful black morning brew but also compliments milk nicely for a smooth and creamy finish should you want it.
